How to See Rita Okrent Collection Old Inventory / Sold Items
There are times when customers need to see a previous item they purchased or viewed on our website, or wish to use our site as reference for their research.
In order to view or reference previously listed/sold out treasures from Rita's collection, go to our Past Treasures tab at the bottom of the page, under ABOUT. You may search for an item via the descriptions to the left. The search will not include all items ever sold, as many of our early listings did not have complete descriptions. You can search on several items at once (such as "Bedouin" and "Yemen"). If you can't locate the item you are seeking, feel free to contact us via the website or via email at ritaokrent@gmail.com and we will help you get the information you need.
If you have a question regarding an item you purchased (need to see product details etc), please log in to your account or contact us (via the website or email) and we will provide the information you need.
We also have uploaded entire sections of old inventory (photos only) to Google Photos. These are available for private sharing, for example, if we are planning a video chat to see old inventory. Please email me for information and links. We hope to post these to the RitaOkrent.com website in the future.
