Coral Beads


Rita purchased the coral beads in this collection primarily in Egypt, Syria and Morocco, although most of the coral beads originated in Yemen.

In addition to coral beads from Syria and Yemen, there are strands of antique Russian coral beads as well as strands of Bedouin coral and Sumatran coral.
There are also some strands of coral from the African trade.

The color displayed in the picture is true - that is, the deep red is really deep red.
