  • Payment Methods

    Payment is accepted via PayPal, check or money order via checkout with our Shopping Basket. If you choose to pay via PayPal using our Shopping Basket, you will be directed to PayPal via a secure web connection. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal - you may enter your credit card information securely on the PayPal payment page. Note: We can now also take credit cards over the phone and in person. If you prefer to pay by credit card without PayPal, you may still submit your order using our Shopping Basket. At checkout, please mark the option for "check or money order". We'll contact you to complete payment on your order. For your own security, please don't ever use email to send us your credit card information.

  • Specials and Discounts

    Item discounts are automatically taken when you add an item from the collection to your cart and checkout. No coupon codes are required. Please see our current discounts by clicking on the SALE link You can also view the discounted price on the items themselves.

  • Shipping

    We generally ship for a flat rate domestically and internationally via the US Postal Service. Domestic orders above $250.00 in value must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and international orders above $400.00 must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express International as these shipping methods are insurable and track-able. We now ship via USPS Priority Mail International small flat rate boxes for smaller items. Our flat-rate shipping prices are as follows:

    USPS First Class Mail (with insurance):$5.00
    USPS First Class Mail (with insurance), for orders of $75.00 or more:FREE
    USPS Priority Mail (with insurance), for orders under $99.00:$10.00
    USPS Priority Mail (with insurance), for orders of $99.00 or more:FREE
    USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate box:$32.00
    USPS First Class Mail International (not insured or track-able):$16.00
    USPS Express Mail International (with insurance and tracking):$60.00 does not accept responsibility for shipments that are uninsured. We can also arrange to ship your order via another method (UPS, FedEX etc.), if preferred. We don't generally send orders via Priority Mail International, with the exception of the small flat rate box, as pricing tends to be very similar to Express Mail International, once insured, but with a longer delivery time. Nevertheless, that is also an option. Please contact us via the Contact Us link to arrange a separate shipping method for your order. Note: if your order's shipping cost is less than we've charged you, we will credit you back for the difference via your payment method.

  • Returns

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items purchased from in saleable condition are accepted for credit, refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt or 45 days of purchase.   • Additional Photos

    We understand that sometimes you need to see more detail on items in the collection. When you contact us (via the Contact Us link) for additional photos of an item, please specify the part of the collection (i.e., Collector’s Beads) and the item number (and location in the photo, if relevant). Requests for additional photos can take up to 2 days to process.

  • Layaway

    We are happy to accept layaway purchases for our customers. We require 25% of the total invoice at inception of layaway and 25% every 30 days thereafter. Please contact us via the Contact Us link in order to arrange a layaway purchase. You may still make your layaway purchase through the Shopping Cart, so we have your order on file. At the bottom of the page, please indicate your payment method as "Check or money order", and then we can arrange your layaway payments via your preferred payment method.

  • Holds

    We accept holds while we are answering your questions on specific items in the collection. Otherwise, we can no longer accept holds without a 25% deposit.

  • Prices

    Prices marked on are wholesale, in most cases. Discounts are reflected at checkout or when you view a discounted item. is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

  • Inventory not available

    In some cases, items in the collection have been sold when they appear to be available. We apologize for this inconvenience - we are working to keep our inventory information accurate. If we determine that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you immediately via email and will refund the amount for the unavailable item.
